All orders require a 3-5 day processing time. Shipping also takes an additional 3-5 business days, depending on your location. International shipping times vary.

Refund/Exchange Policy

You have 24 hours to return an order. Upon return, your order must be in the same condition it was in when you initially purchased it. It is the rights of Bella Extensions to deny a return/ exchange. Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
